A.) What is "Project Documentation"?
From my understanding there are three types of project documentation: Low-Risk Project Documentation, Medium-Risk Project Documentation, High-Risk Project Documentation
B.) types of IT project documentation define each 
concept paper- this document defines the intention of your project
project plan- in the project plan, you compile the documents that summarize the task involved in the project as well as monitor whether you're on schedule or not.
design documentation- the documents that refer to your approach to the creation of your interface can be compiled yo make your design documentation
user specification documentation- your user specification list all the things that your project needs to accomplish.
technical specifications documentation- technical specification, as discussed in previous lessons, list down the particulars of your project and it functionalists
test scripts- the various sets of acceptance criteria that you have decided on in previous phase will dictate the contents of your test scripts.
user manual- user manual are documents that help the user learn how to operate or navigate through your system.
bibliography-the bibliography documents the references you used in your research for the project.
